While our facility offers training and care amenities usually found only at large commercial operations, we proudly remain small enough—a maximum of just 15 horses, including our own—to provide exceptional, individualized attention to every horse and owner. To properly complement the physical facility, we employ a full-time professional barn manager (who lives on-site), provide a range of convenient services (many at no charge), and boast numerous exclusive creature comforts for both horses and their people.

We have two barns on the property. The lower barn houses six 12' x 12' matted stalls, a grooming stall, tack/feed room, and hot and cold water. Four stalls in the lower barn are available for non-showing clients; owners and horses in the lower barn have full access to all of the SCF facilities. The upper barn contains eleven matted stalls (ten 12' x 12' and one 11' x 12'), each with an automatic, heated waterer; automatic fly spray system; an overhead daylight-fluorescent light; and a Dutch window. In addition, the upper barn has numerous other features that set it apart from most others:

  • two-story design
  • excellent ventilation and thermostat-controlled roof exhaust fans
  • 14-foot aisles with recessed interlocking rubber mats
  • attached 84' x 154' indoor with sprinklers and custom-blended, low-dust footing
  • heated and air-conditioned laundry/utility room
  • two keypad-accessed, heated and air-conditioned tack rooms
  • three grooming stalls, two with infrared heaters
  • enclosed, insulated, heated wash stall
  • rodent-resistant feed room
  • heated and air-conditioned downstairs lounge with a kitchenette and a half bath
  • all barn ceilings and most walls are insulated
  • the entire inside of the barn is fully finished with tongue and groove pine
  • the barn aisle features six skylights and vaulted ceilings
  • all lighting in the barn and the indoor is instant-on daylight fluorescent
  • low-wattage photo-cell triggered night lights in the barn aisle
  • separate storage room upstairs for off-season items
  • complimentary wi-fi internet access throughout the barn

    • In addition, our keypad-accessed, luxurious upstairs lounge features over 1,200 square feet of pure indulgence, including heating and air conditioning, a full modern kitchen, full bath, dining area, 72-inch HDTV, DVD player, surround sound, leather theatre seating, queen sleeper sofa, pool table, and viewing windows for the indoor and outdoor rings.
